
The following regimen has been recommended by a Pole Dance instructor for those with the problem of Hyperhidrosis. It has lessened the problem for her, perhaps it can work for you.
One of the problems with people with hyperhydrosis is that they lack vitamin B. We don’t produce much and the body takes from, vitamin B first. This causes the body to think it needs to be hydrated thereby causing sweaty hands, underarm and or feet. So I bought vitamin B complex, which has all the B’s. I also take a multi Vitamin and a Magnesium Vitamin supplement.
Also, peanut butter and dairy increase the nervous system to think you need to sweat more, so I stay away from those items. This is why a multivitamin is needed, as your vitamin D will run low with not consuming dairy. There are other foods that trigger it but this is the most common that everyone consumes daily. It has lessened the sweaty hands tremendously. I went from full hand covered gloves to now using bare hands or the Mighty Grip gloves as it lessens the sweaty hands but not completely. It has been very helpful
