Signature Floorwork
Saturday, March 9th at 1:00pm – $75

Alethea Austin, USPDF Champion 2010 and USPDF Miss Sexy 2009, is known as much for her floor-work as her skills on the pole. This 90 minute workshop aims to make students of all levels comfortable with their floor-work. Basic and advanced options are given to ensure that every student feels challenged.
The class covers everything from flare leg moves, crawls, slinks, slides, and body rolls to more acrobatic floor-work such as shoulder-rolls, candlesticks and planks. In the last part of class, Alethea shows you how to incorporate all of the elements that you have learned into a fluid and sexy, musically attuned free floor dance.
Yoga pants, thigh highs, or kneepads should be worn for the floor-work to protect the knees. Feel free to bring your heels; Alethea will teach you how to walk in them.
“Hot” Tricks
Saturday, March 9th at 3:00pm – $75
This class has a prerequisite of inverting.
This 90 minute workshop taught by Alethea Austin, USPDF Champion 2010 and USPDF Miss Sexy 2009. These tricks may not be the hardest, but they sure do look HOT. Ever heard the crowd go crazy? Seen one of your pole idols do something in competitions or on YouTube and you are dying to learn? Emphasis of this workshop will be placed breaking down and learning the mechanics of crowd worthy “HOT” “WOW” factor skills like shoulder mount crazy legs, death drops, and butt wiggles.
Feel free to wear some sparkles and heels!
